I tried with the latest upstream kernel  4.10 rc2 and I still have
problems  with uploading the file to my FTP, same issues nothing
changed.

The upload is very slow and eventually stops.

Also, I noticed how the uploaded bytes in Filezilla stops from
incrementing as to indicate an intermittent issue with the connection
itself.

While the upload is in progress and if at the same time I request a page
from Firefox from the Internet I have to wait a lot in order to load the
page.

It looks like the whole connection is screwed while uploading the file with 
Filezilla.
Things don't change if I change FTP server and go for an external one.

I can post a video of the issue on Youtube, I'll do that later on.
