[Description]

After updates to linux-4.4.0-66, my wifi card Intel Wireless 8260 can't
scan any networks.


[Step to reproduce]
- update your kernel to 4.4.0-66
- restart computer

[Expected]
- wifi card behaves like in 4.4.0-64 : it is able to scan and connect to wifi 
networks

[Actual]
- I cannot scan networks (`sudo iwlist <interface> scan` does not give back any 
results)
- in dmesg, I have the following error:
