Wait, I restarted in 4.4.0-64, wifi was working, and then back to
4.4.0-66, and my wireless card is now still working... Weird, but I'm ok
with that :-) So closing, sorry for the noise.

  After updates to linux-4.4.0-66, my wifi card Intel Wireless 8260
  can't scan any networks.

  
  [Step to reproduce]
  - update your kernel to 4.4.0-66
  - restart computer

  [Expected]
  - wifi card behaves like in 4.4.0-64 : it is able to scan and connect to wifi 
networks

  [Actual]
  - I cannot scan networks (`sudo iwlist <interface> scan` does not give back 
any results)
  - in dmesg, I have the following error:
