If commit bf399c2cadfa66d399d01d5a92a7bb0a112f1568 (RDMA) is applied, 
the corresponding SMC patch also have to be applied.


Problem Description:
RDMA/smc: Replace ib_query_gid with rdma_get_gid_attr 

Symptom: 
An SMC-R connection cannot be established. The GID value transferred in the 
confirm_link message is empty (i.e. binary zero).

Problem:
A change in the RDMA subsystem requires to update the way  to retrieve the GID 
of an RDMA device.
