Bug description:
If commit bf399c2cadfa66d399d01d5a92a7bb0a112f1568 (RDMA) is applied,
the corresponding SMC patch also have to be applied.
Problem Description:
RDMA/smc: Replace ib_query_gid with rdma_get_gid_attr
Symptom:
An SMC-R connection cannot be established. The GID value transferred in the
confirm_link message is empty (i.e. binary zero).
Problem:
A change in the RDMA subsystem requires to update the way to retrieve the
GID of an RDMA device.
