I did that but there isn't /tmp folder containing pulseaudio.log. There is a tmp folder but it does not contain any pulseaudio.log. The only file related to pulse is pulseverbose.log in the home folder. If that file can help at all, I'm attaching it to these comment. Otherwise, I keep waiting for further instructions.
