This is super confusing as I checked the time in BIOS, "date" on terminal and they were correct. Adjtime hasn't been changed since 2018 and contains: $ cat /etc/adjtime 0.0 0 0.0 0 LOCAL When I go to advanced options I chose the last kernel and now it boots ok.
