RTL8822CE Realtek Wi-Fi dropping connection

Bug description:
Wifi is still connected but it just stops working, this can be
resolved by disconnecting or putting wifi on airplane mode and turning
it back again. A few cases this does not work and the Wifi stops
working and a system restart is needed.
This is happening on Ubuntu 20.10 x64
