It is connected to my PC (with nobo X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3). I checked "/media/" too. It looks like TB3 is recognizing that something was plugged but it doesn't mount the drive. Note that if I connect the same drive in a ThinkPad Carbon Gen 9 with the same TB3 cable, it gets recognized and mounted as expected. They both run the same version of Ubuntu: $ lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available.
