[Test]
1. Wait for a while to let the screen dim(not suspend)
2. Touch keyboard/touchpad to wake up the system
3. Plug in HDMI monitor to the machine
4. The external monitor should work
[Where problems could occur]
It may affect the behavior of hotplugging in monitors.
