        Hey, go for it.  That would be a rather cool program to have,
actually.  (And it shouldn't be too hard to write, either.)  Extensions
that come immediately to mind are also downloading a given revision of the
files necessary for either boot method,
e.g. jos-etherboot-binary-distribution.tgz (or whatever) or
jos-grub-binary-distribution.tgz (or whatever).  Does, BTW, anyone know if
GRUB supports FAT partitions for module/kernel loading?  At any rate, the
program could supply the pathnames of the relevant files for each method
and instructions for the rest of the boot process...
