We reasonably close at this point.

I have one more substantial patch for MIPS KGDB and the plan is to
migrate to a kernel.org tree early next week, at which point we can aim
for the -mm tree and start the process of further integration.  The sh
arch for KGDB is known to be broken at this point because we have no
contributors for it and I have no sh equipment for Linux.

I have a number of KGDB feature patches, but those will be held back
until the core is stable and moving forward as a contribution to the
kernl mainline.
