However, using the macro _() (a call to wxGetTranslation()) should be
avoided now for static strings.
Sometimes these strings are translated twice (this is a very rare case
which gives strange results, but it happens, and a bug report was sent
about that issue)
I fixed the "tabs titles not nationalized" issue in rev 5599.
