I'm going to send out a bunch of staff invites to frequent contributors shortly. Anyone who contributes regularly and doesn't get one, make sure to check your spam trap, and if there's still nothing just insult me for forgetting you and I'll send one your way. :)
Staff access gives you the privilege to create new projects and invite external participants to them. Also, once I finish configuring your accounts you will be automatically added to new projects. The ability to edit the site itself and add further staff is retained by the site owner, who is currently me and may be Wayne in the near future. I was wrong when I indicated you could ask other staff for membership; you can ask project creators for membership in an individual sub-project but only the owner can make you staff on the entire site.
