Robert,

I intended my posting to be subservient to anybody else's with greater 
knowledge than mine.  The phrase "in the absence of somebody that really knows 
what they are talking about" was not meant to slight anybody else's posting, 
but rather to put mine in a subservient role should a posting making more sense 
come forth.

But I realized after I made the posting that it could be mis-interpreted, 
especially with such an international audience where English is not always the 
first language.

I am not an EMC expert, and I was only trying to offer what little knowledge I 
could to help somebody.  Please do not take offense.
