I have found that for some reason, it "thinks" the trace is broken somewhere 
and hence looses the net. I have found this to be the case quite often when I 
run the electrical checks. I can not see why it thinks this but relaying the 
track from end to end solves it. It can be a right pain when that net is Vss or 
Vdd.
