At a high level, this system will automate the dispensing of cash banks for cashiers, and automate the return of the cash at the end of the shift. It works very similarly to an ATM machine. *Work Description:* 1. Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Elicit requirements using interviews, documentation analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow. 2. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 3. Partner with the Enterprise Architecture and System Analyst teams to propose solutions based on business requirements and capture all I.T. Related costs/effort to be used for proposed solution(s) presentation to the business. 4. Act as an advisor and subject matter expert as needed for inputs to project discovery, planning sessions, and business process reviews. 5. Deliver the following artifacts as: Business requirements, business process flows, and gap analyses. 6. Compile the business requirements for the Perfect Cash solution based on what problems are trying to be solved or efficiencies gained. 7. Create detailed business process flows for cash handling, movement and balancing transactions. 8. Develop a gap analysis between current state and desired future state based on business requirements *Work Skills:* The qualified candidate should have a minimum of *5 years *experience in business analysis and planning, applications support and/or administration. Hospitality industry is required. Knowledge for front office, back office and general cashier process is strongly preferred. Additionally, this individual must possess strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
