Self-starter who can assume a high level of responsibility and act independently or under very general direction with time pressure and constraints. Skills, Abilities, Competencies: Ability to multitask and manage interruptions on a daily basis with a customer friendly approach. Proficiency in HTML, Microsoft ASP, ASP.NET, C# Javascript, XML and SQL Servers database design. Experience with web server administration (IIS) Experience installing and configuring Microsoft server products required. Responsibilities: Design, code, test and debug the software necessary to make the systems run. Write and maintain detailed internal documentation on systems. Participate in all phases of software lifecycle development, particularly in the analysis and design of technical specifications, coding, testing and implementation. Functional both as an individual contributor and team player within the company. Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplary representative of the client's Information Systems. On-going communication, feedback and follow-through with customers/peers is essential. Meet with end-users to define their needs, understand departmental operations, prepare detailed functional requirements. Working individually and with other programmers to develop code, write test plans and test software. Support implementations Compile and analyze data and provide on-going support.
