One is UI experience and front end web development experience. This person must be able to do basic Java development along with Javascript, HTML, CSS. The other side of experience is that the person HAS to have experience with Batch Development with Spring. The projects that they are working on have to do with deposits and money movement so this experience is key. · The person must have financial experience as well. Someone without it would sink in this group as they would not be familiar with financial transactions and they do need people with this type of background. Platform and Skill Set Expertise: Web Development : Java, Web Development : XML, Web Development : UNIX, Web Development : HTML, Web Development : ASP, Web Development : C / C++, Web Development : EJB / J2EE The key technical skills needed for this position include advanced Unix scripting skills, Java, Spring MVC, and Oracle SQL/stored procedures (in that order) The candidate should be a strong problem solver and excellent debugger in a Unix environment. 5 years hands on experience with the above skills working with a large scale, enterprise level, application is required. Must be able to perform in a dynamic environment with tight timelines. An energetic, self starter with a desire to learn and master the technical environment is strongly preferred.
