On a train today, so want to note this before I get disconnected or forget:
Output is missing the version number:
Upgrade done ( Added Collection Code to Statistics table. )
And there is a SQL error. I updated from .37 to .44:

Duplicate column name 'ccode' at
/home/katrin/kohaclone/installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl line 5774.
