Ah, Bug 30846 also impacted opac/opac-ISBDdetail.pl and opac/opac-MARCdetail.pl
And isn't is better to use 'and' instead of '&&' ?

Also even if not mandatory in my opinion we should add parenthesis to explain
the logic.
