This is part of the Point of Sale to Vue migration tracked under bug 42959,
building on the application scaffold from bug 42966.
This patch replaces pos/printreceipt.pl and pos/printreceipt.tt with a Vue
receipt display/print component, preserving the FinePaymentAutoPopup auto-print
behaviour, and removes the legacy controller and template once parity is
confirmed. Cypress coverage for receipt display/printing should be included as
part of this patchset.
Test plan:
1. Enable EnablePointOfSale.
2. Complete a POS sale and confirm the receipt view shows the same transaction
details as the legacy pos/printreceipt.pl.
3. Toggle FinePaymentAutoPopup and confirm the auto-print behaviour is
preserved.
4. Run the included Cypress spec.
