I believe a number of updates are coming to acquisitions sometime next year, so
this may already be in the works, but one feature that would be useful is the
ability to receive orders in open baskets. We have four people involved in the
ordering/receiving process which makes it challenging when someone needs to add
orders to a basket on which someone also needs to receive. This obviously isn't
an issue with EDI vendors, but for our non-EDI vendors, we typically have
monthly or weekly baskets that we add to all throughout the week like Amazon,
so the orders are showing up at the same time we are adding more orders to the
basket. We don't ever send these non-EDI baskets, so we always have to close
them before we can receive which is a bit disruptive.
