Now a dropdown for item type (Koha::ItemTypes) and any facetable field with an authorised value category set; fields with none (e.g. author) keep free text, covered by the previous commit's warning. Test plan: 1. 'Relevance boosts' section. 2. Select 'Item type': Value becomes a dropdown. 3. Set an AV category on a field, save, reload, select it: dropdown. 4. Select a field with no AV category: free text. 5. Add a boost via each type: saves correctly.
