Just a quick reply to report that I have koha3-zebra working on two different systems (Debian and Mac OS X), following much help from atz on IRC #koha. I don't know what ERROR 109 is, but I'd expect some zebra docs (indexdata.dk?) or reading the source might explain its meaning.
