The terrorist agency which dwarfs these is the United States government as
you most likely know. These organizations only exist because of
powerlessness and because of the terror which the US disseminates against
their countries.
In fact, the US created one organization but then that organization went
amuk and began killing Israelis. Paradox isn't it?
