Actually, yes. Though, most Playstation 1 games require the memory thingy to be in slot 1 on the Playstation 2, which drives jhriv batty.
(Plus, you're comparing an engineered product with Outlook. That's not really fair.)
And, actually, that wasn't entirely fair, either. There are very good engineers working on Outlook. The problems seem to be that, (a), they're working on Outlook; (b) they're seemingly not allowed to focus on fixing things over feeping creaturitis.
