Yippee! In the latest EFF newsletter (received at 2:34pm), they state that a Federal Court has ruled that the FCC overstepped its bounds in mandating broadcast flags. The July 1 deadline is no more.
And /. has an article about the MPAA going to Congress to give the FCC the mandate to do what the courts said it didn't already have.
