Okay, show me a better vendor, then.  HP?  Sorry, they're going down the 
same road, thanks to Carly.  IBM?  They cost way too much for equivalently 
configured systems, the last several times we've looked.  Gateway?  Are 
they still in business?

Show me a server vendor who builds compact yet powerful machines and offers 
24x7 4-hour (or even 2-hour) on-site support for hardware and software that 
does so at a better price point than Dell.

Show me a PC vendor who can sell me the exact same machine in quantity over 
time to offices in NY, Miami, Burbank, San Diego, Toronto and Vancouver, 
with experience in dealing with shipping internationally, and a quality 
service and support department (Dell's enterprise support is many levels 
above the hell they put "ordinary" customers through.)

Show me a better solution, instead of telling me that "you need another 
vendor."  So far as I know, it'll just be the same story with any other 
vendor.
