Okay, show me a better vendor, then. HP? Sorry, they're going down the same road, thanks to Carly. IBM? They cost way too much for equivalently configured systems, the last several times we've looked. Gateway? Are they still in business? Show me a server vendor who builds compact yet powerful machines and offers 24x7 4-hour (or even 2-hour) on-site support for hardware and software that does so at a better price point than Dell. Show me a PC vendor who can sell me the exact same machine in quantity over time to offices in NY, Miami, Burbank, San Diego, Toronto and Vancouver, with experience in dealing with shipping internationally, and a quality service and support department (Dell's enterprise support is many levels above the hell they put "ordinary" customers through.) Show me a better solution, instead of telling me that "you need another vendor." So far as I know, it'll just be the same story with any other vendor. Gregory -- Gregory K.
