Work with Intel to produce an "Apple Only" Pentium X with a different
vendor_id (IntelApple rather than GenuineIntel or whatever).
Code OS X so it will only boot on processors with that vendor_id.
Use DMCA as club to enforce the restriction.
Sure, people will get around it, but you only need to make it difficult
enough to stop 95% of the people.
