No. Really RH9 is the last of that line. It's spirit was carried on in the Fedoras. Fedora is free. What they're charging for is Red Hat Enterprise Linux, which is the only distro that Red Hat is maintaining now. (Actually, they're coming out with business desktop in the near future.) Fedoras are free.
