I use STRIP on my Z22, a free open-source palm app from Zetetic that
stores passwords in different categories using AES 256 bit encryption.
Changing the pass phrase for the database (hundreds of passwords for
systems & websites) takes only a few seconds.  There is a strip-dump
utility using perl to allow retrieval from the PDB file backed up to
your hard drive if absolutely needed.

Yes, I could lose my Z22, or you could use a USB flash drive, but with
256 bit AES encryption and a non-trivial passphrase, it ought to be
pretty inconvenient to try and break.
