The problem is that the position is unlikely to be "good for him" if
that's all the referral bonus they are offering.
Either the headhunter is being stingy (a good headhunter should get as
referral payment around 50% of the annual salary of the placed employee)
or the company is being stingy (and isn't paying the headhunter very much).
Either way, it's not likely to be a good match.
