I do, given that:

a) The officer is driving exactly at or below the speed limit

b) I'm driving exactly at or 2-3mph over the speed limit.

Granted, I set the cruise control in that case.

Then there are the occasions when CHP creates a traffic break. That's always interesting to see. Starts off in the center lane, turns on the lights, and as soon as people back off, they start zooming from shoulder to shoulder to emphasize the fact that passing the cop is a bad idea.
