Perhaps you could elaborate on "completely unresponsive". Uhhh, is it plugged in? :-) Is the RR modem showing normal indidcator lights, including the "PC" light? Does the router have link lights? Are they lit? Can you connect to the router's http interface? If so, doees it show reasonable status parms on the internet side?
