There may be light at the end of the tunnel. The corresponding Live
CD from Rawhide, which says "Fedora 8" on a splash screen, but "Fedora
release 7.90" when asked politely, still seems to have no .rpm files
but at least "rpm -qa" works the way it should.
Maybe there are updates/bug fixes on repository sites, but I haven't
gone looking for them because I don't yet have a real Fedora 7
installation to work with.
