This will prove to be an interesting experiment. Much like the Cathedral and the Bazaar, or the Chicken and the Egg. I suspect that the Android phone will have a lot more applications, all of which have varying different User Interfaces, and will have more ``random'' crashes than the iPhone, which will have fewer applications with a more standard user interface, and fewer ``random'' crashes. Apple being the Cathedral here, and Google being the Bazaar model.
