This brings up a larger question of how to deal with a potential adversary that 
has overwhelming population base to draw up for it's military. So therefore the 
US must develop conventional weapons that allow us to project our force with 
less manpower. We have made some steps with the Trident SSGN missile sub 
conversions, which can carry up to 150 cruise missiles.

Maybe we should outsource most of this work to India.
Or Mexico. These $500,000 houses here in San Diego do
