All,
I need to hire a billing / AR person. I need a person that is very
computer savvy. They need to feel comfortable calling tech support for
the billing software and the Windows computer themselves. How can I test
for that ? Is there any basic test for that... it could be a task
oriented test, or a quiz or a piece of experience to look for. I don't
much care, as long as it helps me narrow down the number of applicants I
need to shuffle through.
What are you doing to weed out the computer dunces ?
