Just talk to them. Engage them in conversation about their computer at
home and their internet connection. You don't have to ask specific
questions, you'll get a feel for what the person knows by how they talk.
For example, if they call their computer case the "hard drive" or talk
about downloading something from a cd, well then you have an ID10T on
your hands. If on the other hand, they mention the topic of the last
KPLUG meeting, well, you have a winner :-)
