I know over a dozen.  Personally know them.  Including the one who pulled out 
their kids because they didn't want them learning about the Hollocaust-  it was 
"a jew Zionist conspiracy".

It isn't 100%, of course.  But it is a sizable chunk, possibly the majority.  
Probably varying by location-  it may not be as big in California, but it was 
the overwhelming reason in the midwest.
