It is putting Linux on the computer and fixing any problems people have with that. Totally different from any kind of training. The $20 semester long into/whatever course is much closer to what I think this whole "lets get more people interested" discussion but I do not think it is really for someone who's sick of Windows kicking there ass with viruses and want to know how they could use Linux/OSS to get stuff done. There could be something done at the same time as the installfest where 20-30 minute presentations are put on as "training" type stuff for n00bs.
