"No > we run Linux, go away" I think that the MS EULA or business license agreements say that the customer is responsible for paying all fees related to software audits and as a Microsoft partner, the BSA can require the audit. Ask Ernie Ball, I'm sure he'll be more than helpful in explaining how they legally forced the audit on his company.
