A *TON* of "returned mail spam" suddenly hit my address

All of a sudden, I just got an absolute metric ton of "returned mail" 
notice spam--we're talking something like 300+ in seconds.

I remember some other folks talking about this.  What's the proper way 
to reject this using postfix?
