I'm trying to set up a <oxymoron warning> secure wiki for a FAQ for a
couple of biodiesel lists. We suffer the usual pile of "hey I'm new tell
me everything you just told a gazillion other guys over the last year"
posts.

I've got the OSS Linux wiki, the admin coordinator (I guess I'm back up --
be afraid), and a list of willing contributors. What I don't have is
server space. (Actually, I have space at home and could probably register
a name and have Neil host the DNS, but my home server is feeb and
fragile.)

So what I'm asking is, what's the best way to go when you have an annual
budget of $0? (We might be able to arrange a _little_ more ... and we
might not.)

Linux only.

I can put it on my co-located server. I have DNS as well. I am just finishing up installing the mail system this weekend (hopefully today). In fact, the administrator interface supports several wiki implementations (as well as a boatload of other stuff if you need it).

The system is FreeBSD, but so far I have found nothing that doesn't run on it.
