It sounds like you're basically asking for the designs for the chip itself. Based on my (very limited) knowledge of EDA you might ask the vendor for the logical description of the part in question (likely in the form of a VHDL or Verilog file).
There is about zero chance of finding something like this on the web, unless it was stolen or unless the CPU design is explicitly open-source.
