If it's not actually free, they shouldn't be allowed to call it "free".

Being forced to watch an advertisement isn't "free". It's an exchange, a
contract of sorts, and thus, it shouldn't be allowed to be called "free".

Nothing wrong with the contract, aside from the misleading bit.
