I didn't sign anything. Sometime later they must have started requiring an NDA
if that is what you were required to do for the source. They did start including
alot of stuff from partners later on too.

yup, that one really sucked. Let's try again but then you didn't include your
orginal comment so it's out of context without it:

Why not you or your customer or anyone they feel will be effective in spreading
FUD regarding open standards and open source? This will make sure businesses
find OSS/etc costly and dangerous and find comfort with Windows and Microsoft.

because they have a history of this but you don't seen to know this or refuse to
accept it or etc, etc, etc.
