Last night I spent a couple of hours muttering about incompatible changes in K3b from Fedora 3 to Centos 5.1 that caused me to waste a couple of DVD blanks...
More investigation shows that my NEC ND-3550A CD/DVD reader/writer seems to have lost the ability to _read_ anything. But it still writes. I don't understand this. I thought that there was only one read/write head.
