HP Jet Direct USB to Ethernet has worked well for me when I use it.
They sometimes turn up at UCSD surplus, or the Santee Swapmeet.

Second thought after looking at the HP web site.  Doesn't "n" in the
model number indicate that it has a built-in Ethernet port?  Meaning
that it has a built-in JetDirect server.
